Our Food Service Department is seeking a kitchen supervisor to oversee and administer all phases of the food service operations, including but not limited to:

Preparing and distributing meals in accordance with established recipes & menus.
Conducting daily inventory and maintain tracking logs.
Supervise jail provided inmate labor in respectful and professional manner.
Maintain sanitary & safe conditions comply with federal & state standards.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is dependable and able to meet deadlines, has good computer skills, and is able to work well with others.
